This adrenaline fueled travel series will show you 6 cities around the world from a whole new angle… literally. It will take you places like the rooftops of Bangkok and the corridors and tunnels of Singapore, all through the eyes of some of the most kickass tour guides ever – practitioners of the urban sport of parkour.
The sport: Parkour is an urban sport that treats the city likes an obstacle course. Fences are to be vaulted over, rooftops become stepping-stones and beams are the equivalent of bridges. Parkour practitioners (called traceurs) can take one storey jumps and hit the ground running, climb staircases without using the steps, and even leap over cars in a single bound.
Urban Sprint will be hosted by a famous traceur and Survivor: China competitor Michael "Frosti" Zernow. In each episode, Frosti will travel to a different city. His mission? To race against a local taxi driver across town!
